Registration

Where possible, we are asking that ONE individual from each Company/Agency or “Area of Responsibility” complete the form below to provide us your estimate on the # of your attendees. If your number of attendees drastically changes after submitting (+ or - 5 or more) please let us know (info@arizonaorca.org) so we can plan accordingly.

Example of preferred (best): A single representative for a company/agency runs point on gathering attendee commitments and submits one form with all attendee #’s.

Example of preferred (ok): A company’s District LP Manager for East Valley submits one for all the attendees in their area, and the same company District LP Manager for West Valley submits a 2nd for all attendees in their area.

Example of preferred (ok): A Sgt from a patrol area submits for several officers that will attend from their patrol area. Or a Detective submits for all attendees from the Burglary Unit but not for the detectives from Robbery, they have a Detective submit separately.

Preferably we would rather not receive a separate invite from every single attendee.
